I'm usually very reserved and don't share my feelings but today at a company dinner I shared comments with another's functions boss about a peer of mine.
Not good but it was in hopes that it would help the teams I'm working with. Improve the peers workings with his staff.

The expression of the boss I was speaking too didn't seem to take it well from the facial expressions.

The questions should I have said anything...
Hmm..... will have to wait and see.
